By accessing or utilizing any part of the SourceWithAI ecosystem, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2. Platform Usage
a. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use SourceWithAI. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete corporate and contact information during registration.
b. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to abstract competitive data, scrape supplier directories, deploy automated non-approved scripts, or engage in any transactions involving illicit or embargoed goods.
3. Supplier Policies
SourceWithAI acts as an intermediary facilitating discovery and verified communication. While we vet our global supplier network utilizing AI-driven trust scoring, we do not inherently manufacture the items cataloged.
Suppliers are contractually bound to maintain accurate lead times and specification parity. Deviations exceeding 15% of stated manufacturing windows may trigger platform-mediated penalty reviews.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you are responsible for providing precise Customization Queries to our AI logic engines. You must verify and approve all technical specifications, prototyping costs (if applicable), and minimum order quantities (MOQs) prior to tender submission.
You agree to accept minor manufacturing variances within accepted industry tolerances and commit to paying all applicable import duties or tariffs for your specified delivery jurisdiction.
5. Payments & Refunds
a. Commercial Transactions
All structured payments are processed via our secure enterprise gateways. Escrow holds may be applied to bulk orders exceeding specific volume thresholds, released upon confirmed Bill of Lading generation.
b. Dispute Resolution
Refunds are not unconditionally guaranteed for customized commercial manufacturing. In the event of catastrophic defect or failure to deliver within the extended grace window, SourceWithAI will mediate a resolution process between Buyer and Supplier.
6. Data & AI Usage
By feeding queries into SourceWithAI, you grant us a limited license to process that data structurally to improve matching algorithms. We absolutely do not sell your proprietary design files or direct commercial intent data to third-party competitors.

7. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURCEWITHAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the platform services will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the specific order under dispute.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SourceWithAI platform at any time, with or without cause, specifically in instances of suspected fraud, supplier harassment, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, any open structured escrow transactions will be forcibly halted and reviewed manually.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of SourceWithAI operations, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the designated commercial courts.
